ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT
Planning and Wentworth Estate permission was obtained for a substantial extension and garage to this fine house on the ultra-exclusive Wentworth Estate. The internal configuration of the entire house was also redesigned to provide more functional and useable living spaces. Finally the entire 12,000 sqft house was fully redecorated and refurbished to the highest levels of quality and style.
Our clients on this project had tried, unsuccessfully, on various occasions to obtain the necessary consents from the council and the Estate Committee and it is testament to the ability of our team that we were able to obtain and implement the permissions without delay.
